Case #3
The left hilar artery is markedly enlarged with signs of abrupt vascular amputation. Focal oligemia in the upper right and upper left lung regions. Perfusion scan (anterior view) shows reduced blood flow to the right lung and a wedge-shaped perfusion defect in the left lung.
