IFC ‘s multidisciplinary approach is patient-centered and based on the integration of knowledge. Currently, of  93 tenured researchers, there are 29 biologists, 21 physicians (cardiologists, pneumologists, radiologists, and diabectologists), 11 epidemiologists, 12 engineers (mechanical, electronic, nuclear, bioengineering), 6 computer scientists, 5 biostatisticians, 5 chemists  and  5 mathematicians, as well as economists, psychologists, communication experts and pharmacists. This "rainbow coalition" is the ideal multicultural breeding ground for true innovation.
